Basseterre, St. Kitts – It was that time of the year again, The 40th Edition of the Inter School Championships at the Kim Collins Stadium.
Over a three day span Friday (18) – Sunday(20), eleven (11) schools, (CSS, GSS, BHS, CEMSS, CHS, VHS, SSS, CFBC, WAHS, NIS, ICCS) vied for the coveted championship as they competed in field events, middle distance races and sprints.
With ample support from parents, friends and well-wishers, the Nevisian and Kittian teen athletes from the various Secondary Schools thrilled and awed the crowd with their incredible performances.
Records were broken, upsets materialized and good sportsmanship prevailed.

However, when the final medal count was given, the Charles E. Mills Secondary School were victorious for the third straight year. They amassed a total of twenty (27) gold medals while there nearest competitor amassed a total of 22 gold.
The Charles E. Mills Secondary School are winning the 40 year championship for the 23rd time.
