The National AIDS Secretariat is inviting all to come and find out your HIV status at the Annual National Testing Day on Friday, December 12 at Independence Square between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
The featured attraction is the new Point of Contact (POC) testing that needs only one pin-prick of blood and results are given within 30 to 45 minutes. As customary, the test will be free and confidential and carried out by trained Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) Providers and there will be counseling before and after testing.
Other attractions include free distribution of male and female condoms as well as placement demonstrations of male and female condoms and dental dams. There will also be the distribution of HIV/AIDS literature and momentos.
So make sure to come to National Testing Day on Friday, December 12 at Independence Square between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for your free and confidential, syringe-free and quick results HIV test.
